We had a brilliant stay at the Cityscape Apartment in Birmingham. The rooms were spotless with up-to-date decor, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony/terrace. The hotel is near excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and the city center. The staff was caring and available all the time. Plus, we loved that the Mowgli Street Food restaurant was just a 5-minute walk away.

The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and clean, making it feel like home. The location was perfect, with stunning views and close proximity to the train station, restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and provided excellent communication throughout.

The morning meal could have been improved with the provision of kitchen towels or paper for easier drying of dishes when making use of the excellent kitchen facilities.

Traveling for work, the central location of this apartment made it easy to catch the train. The facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, sofa, and reliable wifi. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with a balcony offering a view of the city. The communication and service from the owners were excellent. Free parking and nearby shops were convenient too. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Good value for the price. 100% recommend this hotel.
